Running Shoes

Most recently, I have worn out a half a dozen pair of Brooks "Burn" running shoes. Being a possibilities person, I am trying something else. Since we are related to someone working for NIKE, I ordered the Air Zoom Hayward's by NIKE .. in white and ice blue! I like light weight shoes. These may be over the top for "light". I am wondering how long they will last. But Oh, I feel like I'm flying when I run.
Wow! they do look large, taken close up, don't they!
Still clean!
Fierce winds lately.. and it is February in Minnesota.. so what do we expect... It is still winter. OK. We're off to explore more indoor tracks.

I hope those new shoes work out for you. It's nice to have something to distract you during the spins around the track.

I read back a couple posts, since I've been gone. I'm glad you have Someone too - and that he is a true gentleman who comes to your aid. I'm lucky that way too!

Lighter shoes should make you feel faster. They can shave ounces off of that perpetual weight that we carry around as runners.

Great name, Sunshine! Wonderful profile. I, too, have sung in choirs. There is something magnificent about the combined ability of a choir to produce a joyful sound unto the lord!

Quite the pair of shoes there! Maybe I need some, I need to feel like I'm flying right now.

I'm not usually a fan of Nike's, but I like the looks of those shoes. I wore Burn's for quite awhile in my shorter faster days a few years back and always liked them, but they didn't last too long. I hope the Nike's work out.

looks like you need snowshoes, not running shoes...

nice blue color, though. :)
