Do Not Inhale: Below Zero All Day

Wind chill overnight: -39. Temp below zero all day.
We 3 ... an hour on the indoor track at the center this afternoon. Felt great to run.

Wow - you have some seriously cold weather there! I can't even imagine getting from the car to the building with the track - I'd just want to stay home all day.

Oh, every time I see that cold, cold weather on the weather channel I feel so bad for you and the other bloggers up there.

As usual, I think the chilly weather hit you before it hit us (which means you'll get spring before us?).

Glad you have an indoor track there, that's a very, very good thing to have.

OH MY !!!!! I would DIE, it got down to 54 last night and I was like BURRR--lol I am such a FL candy :-)
