That's a better word than some of the ones I hear in New York City! Ha!

Send some more this way, when you have a chance, we'd um... like it very much.

I need to get more in tune with your approach to each day. This morning I ran a 10-mile race in the cold. Although my time was six minutes slower than a year ago, I looked at the ice in the creekbed, the spires of the Mormon Temple as we approached where it is, I concentrated on putting two club members I usually beat behind me, I congratulated a friend who I left far behind in the beginning who overtook me in the eighth mile and who left me far behind; it was a good day to appreciate things.
