Marathon and Half Marathon in Macon, Georgia.
Runners decide when to start... in order to finish by midnight.
Temp hovered around 88 degrees, cooled off some by a 20 minute downpour midrace.
We all received tiaras for finishing before midnight .. and finisher's medals, of course. We three had a great time.

What a great idea for a race! You guys have done a lot of fun races this summer. I think you need to write a travel guide for 50 staters. :)
A tiara - I'd have needed an ambulance! Is there a minimum starting distance from the finish like 100 feet?
What a fun concept! Both the midnight finish, and the tiara. :)
Interesting concept for completing a summertime marathon - I like it!
Sounds like a lot of fun! Glad you're running strong these days.
