Spectacular full moon over Minneapolis as runners gathered at the Metrodome for the Twin Cities Marathon
We had the delicious opportunity to drive Runner Dude to the start in Minneapolis and pick him up at the finish in downtown St. Paul. While he was running the marathon, we ran 5 miles on Gateway Trail (yes, of course my knee hurts) and made a couple of stops at home. Sweet Pea brought him a hot latte.
Afterward we made him blueberry pancakes (Pamela's gluten free pancake mix) with an egg fried in macadamia oil on the side.

Nice full moon photo shot ... hope ur knee feels better soon!
Great shot of the moon. I was admiring it late last night...high in the sky.
We saw Don go by at mile 20 or so and yelled but he was in the zone! He looked great! Good for you on still dong what you love and trying to get those runs in! It will get better and that pain will go away. I know it.
I should remember never to read your posts before breakfast! All I have had thus far is a cappuccino...suddenly I am starving! Pass the pancakes, please! ;-)
Minnesotan hospitality at its finest. You guys rock!!
Beautiful pictures. What a great day you guys had! I'm going to check out Don't blog and get the report. Glad you got 5 miles in but sorry the knee still hurts.
