5K OUTDOORS !!

Sweet Pea and Runner Dude First outdoor run in the neighborhood... oh yea!
28 degrees, light breeze, snow on the ground

Yesterday, after 4 days of driving down to Mayo Clinic, it was actually great to get back to the indoor track for 6K.

For the best up date on Don's myeloma read the posts for the week of March 3-7 Myeloma Hope blog.

Wow, I can't imagine running in such cold weather. Looks pretty, though, with the snow!

Looked like it was a great time.

I haven't announced it yet, but I have decided to run the Chicago Marathon this year...

Hey great, Cewtwo, hope you have a fabulous run. I'd guess they will have enough water this year?!
I won't say a word, but you may have just announced your plan.

We had a great time last Oct, even though the race was pretty crazy.
